STANDARDS OF MOVEMENT
Double Unders: The athlete makes the rope pass under the feet twice between each jump.
Wall Ball: The athlete contacts the ball with the hip above the knee line; after removing the ball from the ground, the athlete performs a squat (iliac crest below the kneecap line) followed by its extension and throwing of the ball to the target; For the repetition is valid the contact surface of the ball must clearly touch the target.
Ground-To-Overhead: With the barbell on the ground, the athlete performs a movement until the bar is above the head in the frontal plane, with the elbows locked. Any style of movement is allowed.
