SCORE: Nº Repetitions.
Front Squat: With the Barbell in a Front Rack position, the athlete performs the squatting motion, causing the iliac crest to surpass the knee line, returning to its full extension, always keeping the bar in contact with the shoulders; it is allowed to make the movement of squat clean to remove the bar from the ground;
Shoulder-to-Overhead: The athlete puts the bar on the shoulders (any style); then the bar moves over the head (any style); the movement is valid when the athlete finishes the extension of elbows with the barbell stabilized and balanced above the head and in the frontal plane with total extension of hip and knees; at any stage of the S2OH movement, the athlete can not perform any squatting motion (iliac crest below the knee – Ex: thruster, squat jerk);
Burpees Over Bar: The athlete throws himself to the ground making the chest and thigh contact with him; then he goes on foot and passes to the other side of the bar.
