NOTE 3: In women who use an empty bar and / or smaller weights, they will always have to move the bar halfway through the calf.

MOVEMENT STANDARDS

Row: The athlete can only leave the rowing when it reaches the desired calories (can take off the feet and land the handle before, but can only get up after reaching the calories). The athlete is responsible for placing the rowing counter on zeros

Clean & Jerk: The athlete makes the bar move from the ground to the shoulders. With the bar on the shoulders the athlete performs a movement until the bar is above the head in the frontal plane, with the elbows blocked, hip and knees extended.
